The goal of the Conference-Competition is supporting and stimulating pedagogical creativity of university professors, school teachers and teachers of an additional education, as well as accumulation and promoting the best pedagogical practices in the global information society and the education system.

The main goal of the Conference-Competition is creating of a permanent professional-focused information technology for the formation and development of public e-library of the best practices in teaching and innovative teaching solutions using new information technologies in education.

Directions of Conference Competition:

1. Theoretical and pedagogical solutions in continuous education (including school, vocational, higher professional, additional IT-education, self-education).

2. The information-pedagogical technologies in IT Education (development of professional IT competences).

3. Information and educational technologies in the subject areas.

A characteristic feature of this Conference-Competition is the focus on high-tech solutions and simplified reporting format of the material that does not require bringing it to the level of his articles. The only requirement for the design of the sending material - is entering the minimum required meta information, including: name of the project, information about the author (s), abstract (not more than a quarter of the page), key words and a summary (abstract) of a work concept (text, volume from 1 to 10 pages).

Forms for submission of competitive works: a presentation, guidelines, manuals, an outline of a lesson, extracurricular activities, website, an electronic educational resource, video, etc. (competition works in the form of articles will not be accepted).

The main content of the competitive work - a brief description of the work (up to 10 pages), one or more attachments, which are backed up folders with information resources created with the help of information technologies.

Registration of all contestants is required via the conference website. 

The results of the conference of the competition and the awarding ceremony of the winners will be announced as part of the Section 8 "Innovative Information and Pedagogical Technologies in IT Education System", the XXI International Scientific-Practical Conference «Modern Information Technology and IT-education», which will be held on November 19-21, 2026 at Lomonosov Moscow State University. Information about the winners and prize-winners will be posted on the Conference-Contest website on November 10, 2026. Prizes are provided by companies sponsoring the conference and are handed in the case of full-time contestant's participation in the award procedure.

Conditions of participation

All participants of the XVI International Conference-Competition "Innovative Information and Pedagogical Technologies in IT Education" must:

1. REGISTER at the conference website;

2. Upload the competitive work (download step by step instructions on how to upload the work), attach the scanned payment receipt of payment of registration fee in additional files.

The text of the competitive work should be provided in formats .odt, .doc, .pdf, .ppt, .odp.
